This place is amazing. Incredibly authentic, very fresh, and everything is delicious. It is not your typical Americanized Mexican food. This is the real deal. Try the molcajetes dish! If you eat in (vs take out) they serve it in the tradition black molcajete stone bowl. Check it out! Very impressive. I always make sure to get some take out whenever I'm home visiting family in Bridgeton.

Whoa! Ordered Molcajetes Mixto, Enchiladas Verdes, Tacos and Rice. The food here is amazing! This quaint unpretentious business packs a punch with low prices and plenty of food per platter. I would invite anyone to come check this place out. BYOB - keep in mind they didn’t have anything to keep our bottles of beer cold. They were able to provide a large cup with ice which did the trick.

Molcajetes catered our wedding rehearsal dinner for our unusual wedding down the street in Bridgeton. We had dinned at the restaurant several times before choosing them, and the food is just excellent. Fresh, authentic, lots of variety, and an incredible value. One of the managers, Angel, was friendly and very accommodating. The food impressed all of our of town guests. And if you want it spicy, get into those sauces! Highly recommended.
